    Order, booking and return policy

    To give you a clear and distinctive experience, please read these terms before confirming an order or booking.

    1. Payment

    • A deposit/payment may be requested after the booking request is reviewed.
    • Your booking request is not considered confirmed until La Canela confirms availability and payment arrangements with you.
    • Payment will be arranged manually via WhatsApp.

    2. Personalized products and gifts

    • Processing starts after payment is confirmed and all required details are received.
    • The customer is responsible for checking names, phrases, dates and quantities.
    • Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
    • Slight color differences may appear between the on-screen design and final product.

    3. Occasion booking

    • Please provide the event date, time, location and preparation details accurately.
    • Date changes are subject to availability.
    • Additional time or services outside the agreed package may be charged separately.
    • The customer is responsible for providing a suitable and safe space at the event.

    4. Delivery and collection

    • Delivery is available within Qatar according to the applicable area.
    • Please provide a valid phone number and address.
    • La Canela is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances outside its control.

    5. Returns

    • Personalized products may not be eligible for return once production has started.
    • Exceptions may apply in the case of a clear product defect or an error by La Canela.
